First Blood

This was our first proper release.  Released in 2010 and limited to 500 copies, it is now sold out.  There are 5 tracks on the ep, they are as follows:

Ride the venom

This is a song about snakes on a plane.  When the movie came out i thought it would the the most genius/dumbest idea ever to write a song about it. 

Nazi Werewolf

American werewolf in london is a great movie.  This is really about the dream sequence within the movie.  The effects in this movie are so awesome, and its worth watching even just for the werewolf transformation.  This was actually the first Chainsaw Hookers song ever written way back in 05.

Christine

A movie directed by John Carpenter based on a Stephen King novel. You cant get a much bigger horror pairing then that. This was also written way back when, and then changed and made into what it is now.  

Black Christmas

 Our fastest song and a sing along classic.  The movie is a pre cursor to the slasher film.  Greatest abusive prank call in a movie ever.  The movie was directed by Bob Clark who also directed children shouldnt play with dead things, deathdream and porkys 1 and 2.

Death Curse

This is about friday the 13th the original.  It is told from the mothers perspective.  Its actually one of my favourites in the series and would change the horror movie forever.  It also has Kevin Bacon in it.

FIRST BLOOD EP 

MISFITS

The misfits are one of my favourite bands.  After we got on the show and the tour it was devestating.  To get on the show again was a dream come true.  We got to meet some of our idols and play to a big crowd.  

 We saw the misfits do their soundcheck, which from memory they played some kinda hate.  I dont think they ended up playing it during their song, so that was a bonus.  Jerry Only seemed like a genuinely good dude.  As this was the Devils Rain, they played almost the whole album, and then went on to play a heap of classic songs as well.  It was an awesome night, and pretty unbelievable.

Blood Stock 3/first blood cd launch May 2010

Our Ep launch as well as the third installment of Blood Stock.  We decided to do two shows for this so we could have a heap of bands play and make it a real party.  Mouthguard from QLD played, as well as some of the best bands from perth.  The rocket room was an epic night and the mojos show backed it up.
